# Function: getMscFajr()

Compute Fajr offset in minutes before sunrise using the MCW algorithm.
|
|
|
|
Returns minutes before sunrise. At latitudes above 55°, the 1/7-night
|
|
approximation is recommended (handled at the calling site).
